1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices
Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers / warranty seals

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the return policy will apply.
